Goodyear’s Amended and Restated European Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as arranger and agent in connection with an €550 million Amended and Restated European Revolving Credit Facility made available to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and its subsidiaries. The credit facility was modified to provide for €125 million of loans to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH and €425 million loans to Dunlop Tires Europe B.V., Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. The transaction closed on May 12, 2015.
