Goodyear’s Amended and Restated Senior Secured Second Lien Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and arranger, in connection with a $400 million amended and restated senior secured second lien term loan facility made available to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a leading manufacturer of tires. The transaction closed on March 7, 2018.
