Goodyear’s Registered High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$1.0 billion registered high‑yield senior debt offering of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tires. The transaction closed on November 5, 2015.
