Goodyear’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Deutsche Bank Securities, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman, Sachs & Co and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$700 million registered senior debt offering of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tires. The transaction closed on February 28, 2012.
