GrafTech Finance Inc.’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, J.P. Morgan Securities, HSBC, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets, in connection with the $500 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering of GrafTech Finance Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of GrafTech International Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high‑quality graphite electrode products. The transaction closed on December 22, 2020.
