GrafTech’s Registered Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and Credit Suisse, in connection with the $460 million registered secondary common stock offering of GrafTech International Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high quality graphite electrode products. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on August 13, 2018.
