Gulfport Energy Corporation’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse and Scotiabank, in connection with the US$650 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Gulfport Energy Corporation, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company in the United States. The transaction closed on October 14, 2016.
