Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $450 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Gulfport Energy Corporation, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The transaction closed on October 11, 2017.
