Gulfport Energy Corporation’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse and Scotia Howard Weil, in connection with the US$427 million registered common stock offering of Gulfport Energy Corporation, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on the exploration, exploitation, acquisition and production of crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas in the United States. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on March 15, 2016.
