Morgan Securities, US Bancorp, Wells Fargo Securities, HSBC and Scotiabank, in connection with the $850 million registered notes offering of Harris Corporation, a provider of technology‑based solutions that solve government and commercial customers’ challenges in the United States and internationally. The transaction closed on June 4, 2018.
