Honeywell’s Spin‑Off of Resins and Chemicals Business

On May 12, 2016, Honeywell announced its intention to spin off its Resins and Chemicals business into a stand‑alone, publicly traded company named AdvanSix Inc. Cravath is representing Honeywell in connection with this transaction.

The Cravath team includes associates Katerina M. Novak and Jason Jones on M&A matters; partners Stephen L. Gordon and Lauren Angelilli on tax matters; and partner Eric W. Hilfers on executive compensation and benefits matters. Jessica M. De Simone is also working on M&A matters.
