HP Inc.’s $2 Billion Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $2 billion registered notes offering of HP Inc., a leading global provider of personal computing and other access devices, imaging and printing products, and related technologies, solutions and services. The transaction closed on March 31, 2022.
