Hyatt Hotels’s Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, Scotia Capital and UBS Investment Bank, in connection with the US$500 million registered senior debt offering of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a global hospitality company. The transaction closed on August 9, 2011.
