IBM’s Acquisition of Fiberlink Communications

On November 13, 2013, IBM announced a definitive agreement to acquire Fiberlink Communications, a mobile management and security company. Cravath represented IBM in connection with this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close later this year and is subject to regulatory review and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
