IBM’s Acquisition of StrongLoop, Inc

On September 10, 2015, IBM announced the acquisition of StrongLoop, Inc., a leading provider of popular application development software, known as enterprise Node.js, that enables software developers to build applications using APIs (application programming interfaces). Cravath represented IBM in connection with this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
