IBM’s Acquisition of SAP Consulting Partner TruQua

On November 16, 2020, IBM announced that it reached a definitive agreement to acquire TruQua Enterprises, LLC, an IT services and consulting SAP development partner that specializes in delivering finance and analytics solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Cravath is representing IBM in connection with the transaction.
