INEOS Finance plc’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cravath represented INEOS Finance plc in connection with its €325 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering, guaranteed by INEOS Group Holdings S.A., INEOS Luxembourg I S.A., INEOS Holdings Limited and certain of their subsidiaries. INEOS is one of the world’s largest chemical companies. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on October 29, 2020.
