INEOS’s Acquisition of Cristal’s North American Titanium Dioxide Business

On March 19, 2019, INEOS Enterprises (“INEOS”) announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the North American business of National Titanium Dioxide Company Limited (“Cristal”) from Tronox Limited for $700 million. Cravath is representing INEOS in connection with the transaction.
