INEOS U.S. Finance LLC and INEOS Finance plc’s Term Loan Facilities

Cravath represented INEOS U.S. Finance LLC in connection with the arrangement of approximately $758 million of term loan facilities. Cravath also represented INEOS Finance plc in connection with the arrangement of approximately €912 million of term loan facilities. The facilities will be used to repay existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on February 28, 2017.
