INEOS US Finance LLC and INEOS Finance plc’s Term Loan Facilities

Cravath represented INEOS US Finance LLC in connection with the arrangement of a $1.66 billion term loan facility, and INEOS Finance plc in connection with the arrangement of a €2.06 billion term loan facility. The facilities will be used to repay existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on November 3, 2017.
