Infinis’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, in connection with the £350 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Infinis plc, a leader in the UK landfill gas‑to‑electricity market. Infinis is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Terra Firma. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 15, 2013.
The Cravath team included partner David Mercado and associate Benjamin S. Persina on corporate matters and partner Michael L. Schler on tax matters. Nikki Ann G. Guevarra and Ashley N. Elnicki also worked on corporate and tax matters, respectively.
