Ingersoll Rand Inc.’s $3.3 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $3.3 billion registered senior notes offering of Ingersoll Rand Inc., a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy and medical technologies. Proceeds of the offering will be partially used to finance the acquisition of ILC Dover by Ingersoll Rand Inc. The transaction closed on May 10, 2024.
