INOVYN Finance plc’s €805 Million Senior Secured Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented the borrower, INOVYN Finance plc, in connection with the refinancing of its €805 million senior secured term loan facility, arranged by a syndicate of banks led by HSBC Bank PLC and J.P. Morgan Limited. The transaction closed on May 10, 2017.
