INOVYN Finance plc’s Senior Secured Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented the borrower, INOVYN Finance plc, in connection with the refinancing of its €775.0 million senior secured term loan facility, arranged by a syndicate of banks led by HSBC Bank PLC and J.P. Morgan Limited. The transaction closed on November 10, 2016.
