INOVYN’s Senior Secured Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented the borrower, INOVYN Finance plc, in connection with the arrangement of its €930 million senior secured term loan B facility, arranged by a syndicate of banks led by HSBC Bank PLC and J.P. Morgan Europe Limited. The facility will be used to refinance certain existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on November 14, 2017.
