Inter Media and Communication S.p.A.’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented J.P. Morgan Securities as initial purchaser in connection with the €75 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Inter Media and Communication S.p.A., the sole manager and operator of the media, broadcast and sponsorship business of its parent company F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., one of the most iconic European football clubs. F.C. Internazionale Milano’s main shareholder is Great Horizon S.à r.l., part of the Suning Group. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 31, 2020.
