Inter Media and Communication S.p.A.’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the €415 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering of Inter Media and Communication S.p.A., the sole manager and operator of the media, broadcast and sponsorship business of its parent company F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., one of the most iconic European football clubs. F.C. Internazionale Milano's main shareholder is Grand Tower S.à r.l., part of the Suning Group. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Euro MTF Market. The transaction closed on February 9, 2022.
