Itron’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Wells Fargo Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $100 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Itron, Inc., a leading technology and services company dedicated to the resourceful use of electricity, natural gas and water. The transaction closed on January 19, 2018.
