J.D. Power’s Acquisition by Thoma Bravo

On July 30, 2019, Thoma Bravo, LLC, a leading private equity investment firm, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire J.D. Power, a global leader in data analytics and consumer intelligence. Cravath is representing J.D. Power in connection with the transaction.
