Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On November 1, 2012, JDA Software and RedPrairie Corp., recognized leaders in enterprise software and services for the extended supply chain, announced that JDA and affiliates of RedPrairie have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which entities affiliated with RedPrairie will acquire all outstanding shares of JDA common stock in a transaction with a corporate equity value of approximately $1.9 billion. Cravath represented the independent directors of the Board of Directors of JDA in this transaction, which will create one of the largest global software companies.
