Jed Zobitz Speaks at the ABI’s 2018 Winter Leadership Conference

Cravath partner George E. Zobitz participated in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2018 “Winter Leadership Conference,” which was held December 6‑8, 2018, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Jed spoke on a panel entitled “An LLC’s Path Through Chapter 11,” which discussed the conflicting case law related to LLCs and bankruptcy and the various issues that LLCs present to bankruptcy law.
