Jed Zobitz Speaks at the American Bar Association’s 2021 Intellectual Property Law Section Spring Meeting

Cravath partner George E. Zobitz spoke at the American Bar Association’s 2021 Intellectual Property Law Section Spring Meeting, which was held virtually from April 7-16, 2021. Jed spoke on a panel entitled “IP Considerations in M&A and Bankruptcy Proceedings,” which explored key considerations in various types of acquisitions and divestments and current trends and issues in the bankruptcy space.
