Jelena McWilliams Speaks at PLI’s Banking Law Institute 2023 Program

On October 26, 2023, Cravath partner Jelena McWilliams participated in “Banking Law Institute 2023,” a program presented by the Practising Law Institute in New York. Jelena spoke on a panel entitled “Regulatory Developments in Banking,” which reviewed future regulatory changes and significant regulatory developments over the past year, including the changes to existing capital regulations and Basel III end game and updates to the Federal Reserve’s regulations.
