On October 18, 2023, Cravath partner Jelena McWilliams participated in the Wharton Future of Finance Forum, which was hosted by The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The event convened practitioners and policymakers to discuss topics related to the theme of “Paradigm Shift: Powering with Innovation & Financial Technology.” Jelena spoke on a panel entitled “Roundtable: Banking, Liquidity, and the New Financial Ecosystem.”
