Jennifer Leete Moderates Panel at Momentum's 2023 A.C.E.S. Compliance Summit

On May 23, 2023, Cravath partner Jennifer S. Leete participated in the 16th A.C.E.S. Compliance Summit, which was presented by Momentum and held from May 23‑24, 2023 in Washington, D.C. The event convened leading subject matter professionals in anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, trade controls and sanctions challenges on a global regulatory scale to discuss tools and strategies for companies with both domestic and global operations. Jennifer moderated a panel entitled “ACES in Action: The Intersection of Corruption, Trade and Sanctions Violations - An Issue Spotting Exercise,” which examined various scenarios related to export control and trade practices that could pose risk and uncertainty to even experienced compliance officers.
