Jennifer Leete Speaks at GIR Live’s 2023 Global Investigations Summit

On October 5, 2023, Cravath partner Jennifer S. Leete participated in Global Investigations Review Live’s 2023 Global Investigations Summit in Madrid, Spain. Jennifer spoke on a panel entitled “Individual Accountability and Conducting Investigations of Individuals,” which reviewed considerations in light of enforcement agencies’ new approaches to individual investigations, including how companies are cooperating in the investigation of these cases and what potential effects the corporate investigations might have on the investigations into individuals.
