John Buretta Addresses U.S. Trade Sanctions at the University of Chicago Law School

On September 18, 2014, Cravath partner John D. Buretta participated in a program entitled “Supply Chain Integrity and Corporate Social Responsibility: A New Legal and Enforcement Landscape,” jointly presented by the University of Chicago Law School and the ABA Criminal Justice Section’s Global Anti‑Corruption Committee. John discussed the impact on global corporate compliance programs of U.S. trade sanctions and SEC disclosure requirements as they relate to supply chain integrity.
