John Buretta Co‑Chairs, and Ben Gruenstein Participates in, RCA Webinar on U.S. Sanctions

On February 19, 2015, Cravath partners John D. Buretta and Benjamin Gruenstein participated in a webinar, presented by the Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA), entitled “U.S. Trade Sanctions: The Latest Developments from Cuba, Russia to Iran and Beyond.” John served as Co‑Chair of the program, which addressed the scope of sanctions, such as to whom they apply and how to navigate red flags in business transactions, as well as recent trends in U.S. sanctions enforcement impacting financial institutions.
