John Buretta Moderates DOJ and Private Equity Panel Discussion on the FCPA and Global Anti‑Corruption Enforcement

On December 15, 2015, Cravath partner John D. Buretta moderated a panel discussion, presented by the Regulatory Compliance Association, entitled “The FCPA and the Rise of Global Anti‑Corruption Enforcement.” Panelist members ‑‑ including a supervisor from the DOJ FCPA unit, in‑house counsel from private equity firms and EU counsel ‑‑ discussed recent developments in foreign and domestic anti‑corruption enforcement, compliance considerations for hedge funds and other private equity companies and management of multi‑jurisdictional bribery investigations.
