John Buretta Moderates Panel at the New York City Bar Association’s Program on Trends in FCPA Enforcement

On October 3, 2017, Cravath partner John D. Buretta participated in “Recent Trends in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement,” a CLE program presented by the New York City Bar Association. The program addressed current trends in enforcement actions, relevant international developments, best practices in compliance, risk assessment and risk mitigation. As part of the program, John moderated a panel entitled “Global Anti-Corruption Issues Affecting Wall Street and the Financial Services Industry.”
