John Buretta Participates in a New York City Bar Program on FCPA and Global Anti‑Corruption Developments

On March 20, 2015, Cravath partner John D. Buretta participated in “Recent Trends in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Litigation, Enforcement & Compliance,” a CLE program presented by the New York City Bar Association. The program addressed current FCPA issues, including enforcement developments, best practices for compliance programs, risk assessment and risk mitigation. John spoke on a panel entitled “FCPA Year in Review” and moderated a panel entitled “From Princelings to SWFs: FCPA and Other Global Anti‑Corruption Issues Affecting Wall Street and the Financial Services Industry.”
