John Buretta Speaks at ACI’s 2017 FCPA Conference

Cravath partner John D. Buretta participated in the “34th International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” presented by the American Conference Institute and held November 29-30, 2017, in Washington, D.C. John spoke on a panel entitled “Defending Your FCPA Compliance Program to the Agencies: Practitioners Discuss Their Experiences with Preparing for a Meeting and What to Expect,” which covered best practices in preparing for meetings with the Department of Justice and how to best cultivate a positive working relationship with the Department.
