John Buretta Speaks at ACI’s 2018 FCPA Conference

Cravath partner and former senior U.S. DOJ official John D. Buretta participated in the “11th West Coast Conference on FCPA Enforcement and Compliance” presented by the American Conference Institute and held September 25‑26, 2018 in San Francisco. John spoke on a panel entitled “‘Piling on,’ Aggravating Circumstances, Self‑Disclosure, Messaging Apps, and More: How Recent DOJ Announcements Impact Your Global Anti‑Corruption Risk Calculus,” which addressed the DOJ’s recent FCPA policy announcements and its practices in corporate FCPA settlements.
