John Buretta Speaks at RCA’s Regulation, Operations and Compliance ‑ Bermuda 2016 Symposium

On April 18, 2016, Cravath partner John D. Buretta led a panel at RCA’s Regulation, Operations and Compliance 2016 Symposium, held in Southampton, Bermuda, which included regulators from the National Futures Association and the Securities Exchange Commission. The panel, which was entitled “The Art of Successful Communication and Negotiation with Regulators,” focused on successful strategies for asset managers to communicate with the SEC and other financial regulatory examiners and enforcement authorities.
