John Buretta Speaks at the 2017 RIMS Conference & Exhibition

On April 25, 2017, Cravath partner John D. Buretta participated in “The 2017 RIMS Conference & Exhibition,” an annual program presented by RIMS, the risk management society, and held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. John spoke on a panel entitled “Problem Solving Complex Litigation and International Regulatory Investigations,” which discussed best practices in identifying emerging risks as a result of the changing government and regulatory environment, resolving complicated litigation with independent judicial arbitrators and creating and managing international compliance programs.
