John White and Elad Roisman Speak at the University of Delaware Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Delaware Governance Institute

On October 12, 2023, Cravath partners John  W. White and Elad Roisman spoke at the Delaware Governance Institute, an event co‑hosted by the University of Delaware’s John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. The event convened members of the Delaware judiciary, plaintiff and defense attorneys, regulators, governance professionals and institutional investors in Newark, DE, to discuss recent trends in Delaware law and corporate governance. John moderated a panel that included Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick entitled “The March of Caremark: What Must Directors Do to Avoid Stepping on Landmines?” Elad delivered a keynote address.
