John White and Faiza Saeed Participate in PLI’s 48th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Two Cravath partners participated in the 48th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation, which was presented by the Practising Law Institute and held November 2‑4, 2016, in New York City. John W. White moderated a panel discussion entitled “Accounting and Financial Reporting in the Spotlight,” which covered the use of non‑GAAP measures, the new revenue‑recognition standard, SEC comments to expect in 2017 and important accounting and auditing focal points for preparers, auditors and audit committees. Faiza J. Saeed spoke on a panel entitled “What’s Trending in M&A?,” which covered advising boards in conflict situations, trends in deal protection and allocation of risk in M&A transactions.
