John White and Faiza Saeed Speak at Securities Regulation Conference

On November 10, 2010, Cravath partners John W. White and Faiza J. Saeed spoke at the “42nd Annual Institute on Securities Regulation,” a three-day conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. John moderated a panel entitled “The New Dynamic of Director-Shareholder Relations and Voting,” which included SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter, and Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “Structuring and Negotiating M&A Deals.”
