John White and Michael Arnold Speak at the University of Delaware Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance’s 2022 ESG Program

On March 3, 2022, Cravath partners John W. White and Michael L. Arnold participated in a program hosted by the University of Delaware’s John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance. Entitled “ESG: Practical Advice for Boards Today,” the interactive program explored how boards can navigate the evolving ESG landscape, and examined challenging issues that boards and companies may face, including investor and stakeholder pressure, fiduciary duties, data controls, evolving SEC requirements, and board, board committee and management responsibilities with respect to ESG matters.
