John White and Philip Boeckman Speak at PLI Institute

On January 12 and 13, 2009, Cravath partners John W. White and Philip J. Boeckman spoke at the “Eighth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: A Contrast in EU and U.S. Provisions,” a two-day conference in London presented by the Practising Law Institute. John delivered the keynote address and spoke on a panel entitled “Regulatory Convergence.” Philip spoke on a panel entitled “Developments in European Leveraged Finance.”
